"This review is for the desert room since we were not able to get a reservation for the regular restaurant on a weekday night no matter how frequently we called. Bern’s is one of those places that had a TON of hype throughout central Florida. It’s old fashioned in the best way possible with classic food, service and charm. The desert room is located on the second floor in the back of the restaurant and you used to go there after dinner. Luckily you can do desert separately if you are willing to go right as they open. The little booths you sit in are insanely cool and be prepared to have a very difficult time choosing what sweet treat you want to eat. Service was amazing and prices are high enough to blow your socks off. Unfortunately the desert was just OK? We sampled 3 different things and the cheese plate and while all of them were good, none were particularly memorable. Overall the experience was worth it hopefully we can try the full restaurant experience some day."
