"ZERO rating would be more appropriate. DON 'T bother with Vassili 's Souvlaki. We had a good meal. The service was slow due to the fact that the waitress had too many tables. At the end of our meal the owner came over to us and yelled at us to GET OUT! We were sitting and waiting for our bill for quite awhile. The waitress had trouble with the previous table and was trying to sort that out. We didn 't mind waiting, BUT, I 've never been yelled at in a restaurant. He told us to hang out somewhere else. Then he started slamming things around. We paid and left didn 't want the waitress to get stuck with our bill. There was another table still talking to a different waitress. He didn 't yell at them! Just don 't bother going. Had I read the reviews before we left, I wouldn 't have gone there!"

"The food at this place is great. However the servers need to understand that eating is an experience and their service is part of it. We came about 15 to 20 minutes earlier and the server not only denied to sit us but she was also rude when we asked her that we would rather waive our reservation and wait for an open table. Then she just yelled at us “I can’t, I don’t understand” and then walked away. Horrible service!!!"

"We have not been to Minoas Greek Taverna for years but we had recently ordered pick up. The two times we had pick up the lamb souvlaki was good and the kalamari was tender, the portions generous, so we decided to try dining in. I would say that they cater to larger tables and the old style Greek atmosphere is good. Home-style cooking and friendly, accommodating service. The back upstairs room is a little less noisy and offers a good mountain view with the potential of stunning sunsets. Tonight the kalamari was a little over cooked but still fine. The lamb souvlaki was mostly tender. I appreciated it that you could order this dish with one or two skewers. Paidakia (tender lamb loin chops) were tasty as was the Red Snapper. They went out of their way to accommodate a gluten free guest by providing cucumber sticks to dip into the homous. The Taramosalata was also tasty. The house wine is reasonably priced as are the meals. Our dining companions said they would really like to come back again."

"Found fly in my food after I had eaten all the bread. After that unfortunately, I could barely eat the main course meal which I had ordered a beef kebab platter. The fly either came from the cow itself before the kebab or Africa somehow (kidding). See pic for evidence."

"This is a great place for custom sandwiches, pasta and all sorts of hot foods. The variety is great and always well cooked. There are lots of young chefs preparing sumptuous food. The thick crust pizza is really good. They have lots of prepared food to take home and reheat. Many stocks and sauces available. This is a really good place to eat. Then there is the butcher shop and the deli. Both are excellent as well. The gem of the heights."
