"Great food and fun atmosphere We went and sat in the garden and I had the most amazing steak sandwich with a fresh herb dressing. It really was stunning! The children had children’s meal which were plenty big enough and I love the option of having veg sticks instead of traditional hot veg. I have seen there are a few comments about service. The whole industry is suffering with not enough staff to employ. Please give the staff a break. We didn’t go when it was hugely busy, the service was great. We are lucky to have a good local pub. Independently run. Well done guys it was excellent. My only wish is if the kitchen was open a tiny bit earlier for children’s meals. However I know this isn’t as simple as it sounds. Thanks for a great visit."
