"This is a little hidden gem! I'm a big blues and jazz fan. The setting is intimate and perfect for a date night. The food was OUTSTANDING. The menu changes every night and so does the music. I will continue to come back here and will recommend to anybody looking for a live music awesome place to be at. The owner greeted us and always makes us feel welcomed!!"

"We came here as late lunch early dinner. Table service was great, options to choose from were also phenomenal. Food came out fast and very tasty got chicken marsala personally and should have added another chicken because it was tender and hot and yummy. Desserts arguably the best we had in old colorado city, cheesecake dome, the chocolate and the one with ice cream inside and they light on fire. Those three above sorry cant remember names but they were great. Keep it up. Cheers."

"Billy's was fantastic after a day of driving! Unfortunately no more buffet, but it is the most beautiful place if you are looking to spend quality time with someone. The deep pizzas take about 45 minutes, but if you order appetizers, the timing was perfect. We didn't feel rushed, and various dishes came out regularly, and we could enjoy every part of our meal without being overwhelmed."

"The gal making my sandwich was great, friendly, kind and over all helpful. It was the manager however, being distasteful by critiquing and correcting every little thing. He was not only, what I would call unprofessional with his employees, but flat out rude to the customers as well. I would not recommend this location due to the poor customer service at the manager's hands."

"For me, it's about the best that the Springs has to offer, up to an original concept, appealing atmosphere, good food and drink, and a great entertainment venue. I saw some excellent jazz artists here. Great place to share a bottle of wine and watch a hip live music."
