"General: Actually, Luisa`s Fischer Treff should be the first arrival of our Cuxhaven week last Saturday. However, several attempts to make a reservation by telephone from Bremen failed – no one at the usual times cancelled it. Walking through the fishing port, I discovered Luisa`s Fischer Treff and it was lunchtime. Nothing like pure and reserved for Thursday night. The western location with many hours of sunshine had warmed up the rather small restaurant in the evening, so that we had room on the terrace. My constant companion came the memory: here we sat on a Vinho Verde with friends two years ago. I was able to admit that at the time the waiter was openly unfriendly whether the fact that we wanted to drink something. I'm sure there was a goodbye with this waiter and there was no goodbye. About it. Wirtin is Luisa Moreira, a Portuguese and therefore there are also a number of dishes in her Fischer Treff with reference to Portuguese cuisine. But I see the behavior of the chief skeleton as a permanent problem. Luisa`s Fischer Treff was well visited on Thursday night. A mixed audience, including regular guests. The price level is common at first glance. If, however, one takes into account the kitchen performance, for example, in comparison with that experienced in Ruis Taverne, then I may not give more than 2.5 stars for the price-performance ratio. He seemed a little unhappy, but he was friendly. We got our first drink on the table quickly. Our second drink should be a Vinho Verde. We got the white land wine on the map Capataz, for which 8.00 € are calculated for half a liter. It was only cooled, so it was clearly too warm and the slight muzzle typical of a Vinho Verde was missing. As a small Internet research showed, cheap wine is sold under the name ‘Capataz’, the liter between two and three euros end consumer price. The better choice would have been a bottled wine from Portugal, ranging from 12,00 to 20,00 €. This is done by two Portuguese couples (both two generations. However, the white wine was served only in a “cooling cuff” and put into the bright sun on the table. By the way, these Portuguese guests were bugged by the chief skeleton at two outer tables standing in the still stinging sun. With our order, we explicitly gave the young waiter the way that we wished a break after our appetizers. When we just brought down the last bites of our appetizers, the chief squad came with the main dishes. Food: Luisa`s Fischer Treff is about the fish, shrimps and Calamares. So on the map fish and crab soup, Gambas, Scampi, North Sea crabs, Calamari, Scholle, Dorade, Wolfsbarsch, Filets von Scholle, Limandes, Dorsch, Rotbarsch, Seelachs and Lachs. We chose the Portuguese tapas (6,90 € and the Gambas in the potato nest (6,90 €). The tapas consisted essentially of fritted in thick panade, a large, grilled shrimp and green and black olives and some leaf salad. Add a bowl with a 08/15 industrial cocktail sauce with subtle sharpness. In a fabric bag of neat white bread. The hidden in the Panade were Calamaresringe and fish. None of this is especially spiced. My constant companion got the Gambas in the potato nest. The thin potato threads still with a little potato taste. Better than the panned parts. My constant companion means after the first cutting, they are not cleaned because they discovered a kind of “filling”. I felt this as a pure panade/brush. I found the squid medium. Right was my constant companion with her finding that her tube sections were sandy, and that was noticeable! Mys, however, not. Actually, this is inexplicable. But as with salad leaves, the care was lacking in preparing a number of tubes. The portion sizes neat. As a result, we can not hold any positive value from the kitchen of Luisa`s Fischer Treff. Meanly the shrimps and my tubes and the goodness “never again” the fried parts and the cocktail sauce. So only 2.5 stars. Ambiente: Well described by Jenome. I want to assess clearly negatively his finding that Luisa`s Fischer Treff is filled with tables. On warm summer days, it heats up well inside, which makes the bottle even more unpleasant with full occupation. The terrace with its two table rows also promises a little cooling when a ventilator blows. The existing parasols help little against the sun in the outer table row. The furniture inside and outside simply. Cleanliness: Nothing to complain. As Jenome writes, a long staircase leads up to the toilets.
