"It was a fabulous night at the Cucina, our first visit. Casual, effortlessly elegant ambiente, service attentive, friendly and highly professional. Absolutely loved every bite, sip, flavour of our courses. Ambitious, creative chefs who cook for you to taste and enjoy. Wine list, espresso,...etc. excellent. "Klein und fein ist das durchgänge Maß. Es ist einfach ein "Muss" hier reserviert und die kleinen (Tappas) und großen (Schmor- und Fischgerichte) der galizischen Küche genossen zu haben. Die ausgeschenkten, sowie Flaschenweine und der "Weiße Sangria" sind beste Speisenbegleiter. Die Bedienung ist mediterran gelassen flott. Dies gehört nun mal auch zu einem tollen Abend in einem klassischem Ambiente. Mann/Frau nehme einfach auch sich mal die Zeit für einen gelassenen schönen Abend. Wir haben es gemacht und waren rundum zufrieden."

"Echt means authentic in German and this restaurant lives up to that name. All the gorgeous food is made on the premises. We ordered salmon, veggie skewers with haloumi cheese, a green salad, bread, olives, and a side of gratinéed potatoes. Our waiter arrived at our table with a 400ºC (752ºF) stone nestled in a wooden dish. He instructed us to place our salmon and veggie skewers on the stone. While they were cooking on our table, we munched a tasty mixed green salad and sipped organic wine. Our hot stone meal came with three dipping sauces: apple chutney, dijon cream, and savoury tomato. Each was exquisitely flavored. Echt offers many vegetarian dishes, steak, seafood, classic fondue, and a robust wine and beer list as well as cocktails. Echt is our new favorite restaurant in Frankfurt."

"Secret tip! Just bombastic! The food is not only beautifully prepared, but also tastes exceptionally good! All pasta varieties are self-made and you also taste it! The gnocchis taste like wolves and are not overcrowded. Who isn't here definitely missed something! Price performance is right and the staff is just authentic and beautiful. Absolutely recommended!"

"Emailed a request for a reservation in the afternoon and they were happy to accommodate us. We sat outside and they added a patio heater by the table. The food was excellent and the waiter was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in Frankfurt."
