"I had a review previously, but I'm going to resubmit one due to the major changes Marco's just went through with their ordering system. The pizza is nothing to really write home about, but it's cheap without looking or tasting cheap. It's been my go-to pizza place since I moved to the area almost a year ago, and I think I'm sadly going to have to find another. Previously, the rewards at Marco's were a free CheezyBread if you completed a survey on your order. This was a great system, and I loved it. I had a couple coupons saved up on my account for future use. However, at some point last week, they completely revamped their online ordering and moved it to a third-party application. They did not migrate any existing accounts. I don't know the logistics--if it was even possible to migrate at all or if deletion was imminent--but I do know that the professional thing to do would've been to inform people with accounts. It's obviously possible; I get marketing emails constantly, and I even received an email notifying me of the update. However, Marco's silently proceeded to move forward with their plans and just let everything go. Well, that's fine, I'll just start over with their new rewards system... oh, except they stopped offering the only special that was worth getting $8.99 for a 1-topping formerly 2-topping, so that's another strike for a franchise being cheap large . So, to summarize the above, the pizza is average chain pizza think slightly below Papa John's average quality with slightly above-average prices pretty close to PJ's again and a bunch of monkeys in suits who care more about profits than the customer base. As far as the employees go, I've had decent experiences with some of them. There is one woman who's worked the register a couple times who does not seem to have any interest in being at work. She looks bored or tired all the time and makes no effort at good customer service. I have never once heard her thank a customer, wish them a nice"

"Great smell, great taste From upstate NY, and was getting homesick for pizza that wasn't thin as cardboard. So thankful I saw their pizza sign while driving by. After turning around and going inside, I was greeted kindly and was helped through themenu to grab some takeout. I can get overwhelmed easily, and with her help, I had no problem choosing their BBQ pizza! After ashort 15 minute wait, the tantalizing smell of the pizza was in my hands. They gave me napkins and a few to go packets ofcheese, as we exchanged goodbyes. I was so excited to eat it that I could barely get outside... all just from the smell at thispoint!!! AND...I didn't wait...I was only a few minutes away before I dug in while driving! If the smell wasn't good enough,the taste, complete with an appreciated amount of toppings, was amazing! It was definitely a little on the messier side becauseI dug in immediately. BUT That was my bad! I've worked in pizza shops and regularly make it at home now, I really should havelet it sit a few more minutes to set. And once I did....Oooooh that 2nd slice held together like a champ and was dreamy!! Hopeto come back and visit when I can check out the game area. Also, I really would love to check out the buffet as well. Eventhough I didn't eat in the restaurant, I immediately noticed how clean and attentive they were to the buffet area. Overall,great stop along RT 16!"

"First time there and was not disappointed.Great food the chicken fried ribeye was awesome lobster was cooked perfectly and the ribeye was perfect.Defenitly will go back if in the area again. "Nice atmosphere to sit and relax to enjoy a well-prepared meal. I liked that it was a spot for fancy food but you could either choose to be dressed up or not as the atmosphere is laid back. The staff was very friendly and while prices may seem a bit onthe high side for some folks, the quality of the food was excellent and the servings were a good size. The drinks were quitepricey though, so save your money for a good appetizer or maybe dessert. My wife had the pulled-pork stuffed quail and whileshe said there were a lot of tastes happening all at once, the flavors seemed to complement each other and she liked herchoice. I had the chicken fried ribeye topped with lobster and ended up wiping my plate clean with my fork because it alltasted so good. For an appetizer, we ordered the deep-fried olives with cheese fondue and they were very tasty. I don 't evenlike olives that much but my wife loves them and we both ended up enjoying this appetizer. If we 're back in Fredericksburg,we 'll be putting this restaurant on our list as a place to revisit so we can try other items from their menu."

"You eat is hot and delicious. the customer service is always good. never had a problem with delivery. they always have my order right. the mac and cheese pizza should die both for their bacon cheese rolls and for their cheese rolls. their subs are huge so they are worth their money. you have to try. chicken wings are also really good."

"$13 over priced Tuna melt. Flavor was decent but not for $13. Wife got a $14 BLT. I know things are expensive because a bunch of white rich people come here most the time but Jeeze. It's a tuna sandwich. Service was minimal. Waitress could have been a little more inviting."
