"Melilla isn 't exactly bristling with ambitious food places this is maybe the closest one can get to having a fancier meal in town. Located in a closed off section of the harbor and hence a bit difficult to find, it resides in a food court with a sports bar on one and another restaurant at the other side (plus a few other places of various provenance). Friendly, some even English speaking, staff offer you a menu with quite a lovely range of meals, which is definitely above the quality and style its neighbors provide and both pleasing to eye and palate.
