"The cuisine at Les Oliviers is easily among the best in Nyons and probably the best value, for sure. For the €20 menu, we had several choices including a traditional Nyonaise cake with Olive Sabayon, a marvelously favored chicken breast with a fruity/dijon blend that was quite interesting and very tasty, and a selection of desserts including my favorite - chocolate souffle with a caramel center. This meal was definitely not the ordinary plat du jour. The flavors were clear and well matched, the recipes were clearly French Provençal but with a flair reflecting Chef Jean Claude Troisville's Parisian and Japanese experiences. Wines covered a decent range and were affordably priced. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed each course, and I certainly did, as well. I highly recommend it."
