"Beautiful view, but add a little salty. 2 olive sangrias a slice of tortilla 9 shrimp (yes, 9 average to 30 euros) 50 euros. It's always expensive for a family. I thought there would be more than nine shrimps."

"We visit Palamos yearly and this year we have eaten in taverna el portal a number of times as its always really tasty and excellent value. There speciality is meat skewers (pinchos) on their flame grill. They come with delicious baked potatoes which is a...welcome change to chips served in most other places. We would also recommend their goats cheese salad and home made tortilla. The owner is always really generous even if you are only stopping for drinks, there's always complimentary crisps and olives. I would say its worth a visit or two if you like to relax with tasty food or just a drink in the sun."
