"Visiting Rouen for the day I had been driving around for what seemed like hours (probably more like mins) looking for some disabled parking, before chancing on the Parking Hotel de Ville where we dumped the car. In need of sustenance we headed for...the centre and the first restaurant we chanced upon was Le Berbere. Gratefully we secured a table. The Moroccan style food proved to be basic but wholesome and very good value for money."

"We always stop in Rouen on our way back to visit family in the UK. We stay at a hotel nearby but in 4 years the menu has never changed. While it is good, it is expensive so we decided to look elsewhere. Chose this restaurant after reading the reviews on here and we were delighted with the results. It was only 11 minutes from our hotel and as we entered the restaurant we were effusively greeted by the owner who then presented us with a free apero! The food was excellent and we had a good chat with the owner about rock bands as Led Zeppelin played in the background! Would definitely go here again the next time we are in Rouen for our stopover."

"Class meal spent in this restaurant with a wonderful welcome of beautiful and good burgers, the evening ends on a beautiful karaoke and a crazy atmosphere installed very fast PS I recommend as much for the burgers as for the atmosphere Thank you very much to you!"

"Les falafels sont excellents, vraiment ; bien épicés, goûtus, copieux. Dans une pita (une option galette serait un plus néanmoins!) avec des légumes au choix (un peu restreint néanmoins), arrosés d'une bonne sauce tahiné, c'est vraiment super. Je ne conseille pas spécialement les falafels fourrés, je n'ai pas senti la différence et ils sont plus chers. D'un point de vue fast-food, ce restau est très bien. Mais d'un point de vue restaurant/libanais, non. Le houmous ne ressemblait pas à du houmous pour moi, je ne l'ai vraiment pas apprécié alors que je suis une dingue du houmous ; les aubergines du caviar n'étaient pas assez cuites, le taboulé et le fattouche sont médiocres, le tout pas assez assaisonné... Les mezzés ne sont vraiment pas terribles comparés à ceux d'un bon libanais ou à ce que vous pouvez faire chez vous en deux temps trois mouvements. En résumé, un très bon fast-food, 100% végétarien et facilement végétalisable, mais pas un bon traiteur libanais. Allez-y pour les falafels, mais pas pour les mezzés."

"The owners of Hotel le Cardinal recommended as we were tired on our first night and did not want to go far as it was late. The fod was so good we came back again on our second night after looking around a bunch of "tourist spots." The food was fresh, well-sourced, cooked just right. The portions were large--too much so as we didn't have room for dessert, which looked great."

"This is generally the restaurant people at work would like to go for a simple business lunch. Been there at least three times and it just never gets better. When you order filet you get it all fat and full of nerves; when you order stew the meat is just plain dry. Starters and desserts are generally a bit better. Don't recommend."

"Great brewery! We have very good lunch and dinner we enjoyed so much that we came back in the evening! The plates are really very copyy and good for a very reasonable price. The setting is beautiful with views of the cathedral. I recommend the eyes closed."

"If the service is always as pleasant, smiling and fast, the kitchen, it has considerably deprecated: marina mussels without onions or white wine, diapason burgers without bacon, and tartar badly cut and badly denerved. even some fries were almost raw. only the perigonurdine salad made a happy one.However it was a good address; Hope it's just a mole."
