"It's definitely a dive bar. The jalapeño cheese curds were nothing special, but the house burger was nothing short of amazing with a fresh toasted bun, perfectly grilled beef, and gooey melted cheese. At $10.50, the price was very reasonable compared to other high end burgers in town. I recommend this place and will be coming back."

"At my office we get lunch for the crew every Wed. but only from a local/independently owned restaurant. Today we chose Black Sea and it was a big hit! Even though this place is small they didn't bat an eyelash at our large order for 20 people, it was ready on time and they even helped me carry it to my car! Not to mention the food was delicious. We will be back!"
