"If you want traditional Portuguese food at a great price then this place is a must do! It is NOT fast food at all as we know it but simple home cooked Portuguese specialities and regional dishes all expertly put together and served in immaculate simple surroundings. In the old part of Setubal, this place is well worth a visit. Four people and olives, bread, 4 main courses with 4 German wheat beers, and coffee after all came in at under 40 euros an absolute bargain for such quality!"

"We visited here and we're surprised to find a little back garden filled with tropical plants and coloured decorations which gave the place a secret garden feel. We had garlic prawns, deep fried cuttlefish and an asparagus and sausage omelette. The food was very fresh and cooking style was more rustic than refined. I would say the prawns were a little over done. This was first time I had cuttlefish so didn't know what to expect. It was quite tasty. We had a lovely evening in a charming little atmospheric place. We seemed to be the only tourists, the 2 other groups appeared to be locals. We had 2 beers each and 3 dishes along with bread, olives and fish Mayo starter which came to 35 euro which seemed an ok price. Would go if in neighbourhood but not out of way to get here."

"Ordered butter for the bread. A plate came with butter 2.8g, 1x cheese spread, and 2 x 22 g of tuna spread. When we received the bill each item individually cost at 1.5 euro each . Total cost 7.5 euro . To put into perspective it was the same price as the wine. Complete con. Stay away. I have since read lots of similar reviews where customers were conned costing. Luckily we just omitted the tip and was not out of pocket."
