"Out in the region cycling and brutal winds caused a change of plan to the route so we ended up in Thuir at the end of a Sunday lunchtime. Places rapidly closing and closed we found this place open, thank god. Not haute cuisine, but plain simple cooking and plenty of it. Family run restaurant and the service was really friendly and open. From the daughter serving us to the father cursing in the back when my friends pizza was nearly burned. Friends salad came out for a starter and so big we had to restate it was for a starter. Definitely one to remember for future lunch breaks when back in the region."
