We tried calling the place to give them a feedback and the person on call was so rude . Just not helpful . Would never order from this place again . "Went for Valentine’s Day, the area was a corporate place, but inside was nice. The appetizer we got was “antipasto di maro” which was basically grocery store bought calami from the pickled section. So basically you can get that at your nearest loblaws. nothing special. Meal was ok, tasted good but my steak was wayyyyy to over cooked and the waiter never even asked how I want my steak cooked. My husband’s plate was veal and it was over cooked and dry. I wouldn’t go again. And in terms of bread, it’s stale and cold and just drizzle a bunch of olive oil and balsamic over it. The least you can do is give out good bread! Like how are you getting away with your random slices? For people that claim “fine Italian dining” need to step it up and get better more elite food. Not worth your"

"Friendly staff, good food, quick service. Ordered from the menu where you can choose any 3 dishes and it comes with soup. The soup was a nice corn and lotus root clear broth. For the dishes we got garlic sir fried Bok Choy, black pepper beef, and salty fish, chicken with tofu. Everything was quite tasty and the restaurant is big enough with spaced out tables to feel safe from other diners."

"What to try? Occasionally Dominos have their promotion of 50% off pizzas so I would suggest you look out for that promotion and use it towards a pizza you always wanted to try but thought it was too expensive. I ordered the Extravaganzza pizza large. With half off, I ended up paying around $10! It's my first time ordering their special pizzas with dominos. Usually I order the basic one like pepperoni or the classic pizzas like a Canadian or a deluxe. But because of the special, I decided to order the special pizza. It's called extravaganzza for a reason! Loads of pepperoni, ham, savory Italian sausage, beef, fresh onions, fresh green peppers, fresh mushrooms and black olives with extra cheese. Now that's a mouthful (no pun intended! Every pizza place makes their pizza dough slightly different and I say the dough at dominos is chewy and light. Doesn't feel like it's too hard or too dry. I ordered the pizza online and the pizza was ready within 10 min!! Pretty quick! Last tip? Make sure you're subscribed to their emails so you know when dominos have the 50% off promotion that you can take advantage of! Then you can order pizza for half off!!"

"Pizzaville Glen Erin has been disappointing. The last few times we have ordered and could barely see the toppings. I decided to stop purchasing for said reason. Today I gave them another chance only to be disappointed once again. Called customer service only to be offered $5 off of my next purchase.Also Pizzaville needs to revisit their loyalty program online. The option to claim your free pizza has quite a short time frame before it expires."
