"Ordered the noodles for 2 with a cesar salad. Im not sure if we were the last order of the night but based of the dishes it does seem that way. The salad was 100% covered with 2 layers of shaved cheese and then shredded cheese as well; once the cheese was removed there was hardly any lettuce. My boyfriend order the Smokey tomato sauce with grilled chicken and penne pasta; mistake. The chicken was so dry and the chunks of sauce looked like cold Buffalo sauce. My boyfriend ended up rinsing off the pasta and using sauce we had. I got the garlic aioli sauce with fettuccine and steak. The steak was cooked beautifully but Im thrown off by the sauce. Its red and spicy no garlic at all"

"We were told by the lady up front we don 't like parties of 7 , we had reservations and seated promptly. Food was very good. Portions small but expected due to the upscale dining. The menus were filthy, at least mine was, and the restroom was a mess as well. Great service, no issues with order. Atmosphere was very nice, the smell of hickory in the air. Will return, but will bring gloves for those dirty menus."

"A young staff is expected at this type of event, but I feel like more training to make them a more competent staff would be great. When we first arrived at 6:30 for our dinner reservation, they couldn't find it and made it seem like it was a problem, even if the dining area had more empty tables than full. She referred to our 8:30 book for a shooting range. It looks like there was a problem with the reservation, and you have the people to eat and planned to shoot after, they simply lead to a table and get things going. Instead, we had to prove by email on our phone that we had a reservation to get access to a partially filled, definitely not very busy dinning room. It's not a big deal, but it turns off certain people. We will definitely be back, we enjoy the experience, but would be nice to have a staff that had some expertise and good decision-making skills if you choose a place to spend somewhere from $400 to $600 in a night with friends. We would have stayed longer and had spent more, but somehow it was shut off from the galle at the front that sold us our shooting time. She really urged us to buy a third hour before buying because she could not guarantee that a booth would be available later if things were busy. I understand and respect the heads up, but with as slow as it was, it melts from despair and was not well presented. The food was good. Drinks were good and the staff was attentive with beautiful attention to refills. Weapons at the shooting range were fine, seemed to act intermittent and of course, when the staff checked them, they were all right, so instead of wasting time at our 2 hours session, we just played."
