"There is apparently a chain of these restaurants that specializes in mussels. This one was recommended to us by a French friend and we're so glad she did. I love a meal of well-cooked mussels and these were by far the best I’ve ever eaten - plump, juicy, tasty little morsels, and more than enough of them with frittes (chips) to satisfy."

"It's always so nice to stop off the highway and come across a decent eatery while travelling. This is a chain of a very good quality, as we soon found out. Upon entering, we were greeted by a very friendly hostess and happy to see a cosy and, well filled restaurant - always a good indicator of quality. And we were not surprised- my cream and mushroom mussels were delicious topped off with the lovely golden Pelforth, while the marinière mussels my son ordered were very good too. I bet the madras mussels are delicious- definite try for next time! We also ordered grilled mussels but all that cheese kinda ruined the flavour. They have a varied menu with meat, fish, salad etc as well as a very good children's menu."

"Four of us went on a Wednesday evening and although we enjoyed the meal we found the restaurant practically empty so missing in the atmosphere. we were several times and felt that it was not as good as normal. the normal choice of my man. in mushrooms and lardons in comparison to usual. also those who were there for a long time and were very friendly were gone. the two young girls were good, but it was lacking the normal joviality. I don't know if that was because it was a Wednesday and normally quiet. we will go again, but hope they won't let the dinge push."
