"My dinner was delicious but my wife had the Prime Rib and said it was cold. Plus, it took forever to get our food. Wonder if the kitchen was backed up. We arrived early for our reservation and were told our table would be ready but I think they forgot about us because our friends showed up and the hostess said we had already been seated.Not sure if I will go back. Too many hiccups. I put Yes that I would recommend but with reservations"

"Everything and everyone was amazing. From the moment I walked in at coat check I experienced impeccable service from the bar to the dining area. The food was delicious. I celebrated a friend's birthday last night who is very particular. As hard as she tried to find something to complain about, she was at a loss for words. She even checked if the flowers in the vases were real. It was a wonderful way to celebrate any special occasion. It was a little on the pricier side but it was worth it."

"Understand you close at 10. However, pulling my food from me at each course was obnoxious. Stopping and cleaning the rubber placemats while my date and I are having a private conversation was rude. It really could have waited til we left. We got the hint that all 4 tables in there had to get going so we ordered dessert to go. In case we didn 't get the hint, at exactly 10 pm the lights went bright. As I look at the reviews, it 's a consistent theme being rushed. If it 's like everything else at Horseshoe, it 's the invisible 'management ' who are calling the shots here. They fail to understand gambling revenues are down here because of how they treat their best customers on the casino floor and in the restaurants. What was to be a nice date, turned into a flurry of food and staff buzzing around us. As for the food: burrata with tomatoes no bread to enjoy the cheese. Do you really expect us to just eat it with a spoon? the server brought ut toast and said she didnt know why they didn 't make it part of the plate. Minestrone soup was good, had i been able to finish it after i fended off the first 2 attempts to take it. I finally relented. chicken parm was fine but for $28 for a small breast and small ball of pasta, would it be too much to have someone shave some parmesan cheese on top? tiramisu was in to go containters no spoons that 'd be too thoughtful $100 for 2 people, no alcohol i 've had better service and better food at Macaroni Grill and Olive Garden. Gia come back and have a meal sometime it 's you name, your brand."

Terrible service and we were forced to pay 8 dollars for a cappuccino that was undrinkable and I didn't even have more than a tiny sip. "Food is good, but the service is not so great. We were left standing at the hostess stand for 10 minutes waiting to claim our reservation. Ignored by the waitress for a solid 15 minutes before she came to our table. 2 of 3 drinks arrived in a decent amount of time, but the third was much longer. Again, food is very nice, but the service is really slap dash. Certainly don't go if you're in a rush, but if you're at your leisure, you can decide how much of being ignored you can tolerate."

"I sometimes visit here it's close to the Village Learning Place, the Maryland Ave cycle track (bicycle path), and other places I frequent. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. It also has great coffee and locally made muffins and tasty treats, such as banana raspberry bread. If I want a serious lunch, they have a delicious vegan BLT. On nice days, one can eat at an outside table, but some shade would be nice. There are 2 bicycle loops to secure my bicycle, although I also see lots of street parking. I come here often enough to complete a 10 punch card, that entitled me to a free drink. What's there not to like? (answer: only no shade outside)"
