"We booked here for people including kids. On arrival there was no table assigned to us. The heat inside the premises was as noted on my phone. NO AIR CON. The drinks were fine but the food. The food was bog standard....We ordered two Angus beef burgers from the specials menu. They were processed meat burgers not nice at all. My kids ordered normal burgers which were much tastier and cheaper. My mother in law ordered the chicken burger which was very poor too. Overall the food is not good. The service was deplorable. As we sat at our table the waitress made comment to our waiter in German these are looking for English menus watch out I then wanted to pay our bill of for burgers and a pizza by Visa card only to be told we only take German cards here, Cash only AVOID AVOID AVOID. I've eaten in many places around Europe and have never been refused to take a card. I didn't expect it in Munich . I recommend you try some where else."

"This place COULD be amazing if ANYONE there actually gave a crap about anything. No one likes their job. No one wants to cook for you. And no one even wants to be nice. All of that would be fine if they would just get...the food done quickly and CORRECTLY. They have messed up my pasta numerous times and given me the wrong one and you have to just accept it or wait another minutes standing. The food is fresh and delicious I don't care for the pizza but the salad and pasta are fresh and IF THEY DO IT RIGHT and open some stations, it's delicioius. But they don't. There are typically not enough open stations for pasta, which takes the longest. And you stand there in line and they suddenly decide to close that station middle of rush hour for no reason so you are stuck standing there another minutes. Great concept but crappy employees. Only nice ones are at the register. Don't bother ordering TO GO because you wont' get it on time and it will be WRONG and someone else's pasta"
