"Hangry and traffic everywhere, we decided to grab a quick bite at Ayala Malls the 30th. Although I'm not a fan of Halal Guys, I suggested it to hubby knowing that food would be served right away.<br>

I got the Sampler Platter with Gyro, Chicken and Falafel Over Rice. Just like my other trips to the Megamall branch, I was bitin on the ulam. I had to add sauce to enjoy my food more. I still like the White Sauce the best. The BBQ sauce was interesting and gave a different flavor profile. They warned us about their hot sauce. I tried that before and I carefully avoided it this time. You don't have to pay for extra sauce and you can ask for all when dining in and you can even go back for refills. I loved the warm pita bread and the first thing I wiped out. This Sampler comes with either a small soft drink or bottled water.<br>

Service was great. The place was clean but the airconditioning was really cold I was getting goosebumps.<br>

"It's a cute cafe near Ace Water Spa. I found it by accident while looking for an AHA accredited facility for BLS and ACLS. Still, I was curious and decided to try it out. Apparently it has been here for years and is a frequent destination for small business meetings or office lunches. <br>
So I looked through the menu and found they served a variety of noodles and sandwiches, as well as sodas and other drinks. I found out they were serving cakes too, yay for my sweet tooth! I ordered the Pasta Blanca Combo and a Sansrival slice for dessert. Didn't realize they had huge portions as it was a small shop. <br>
The pasta blanca and their special sauce was delicious. However, I hate to admit that the noodles were apparently just being warmed up during this time as everything was sticking together. The white sauce left a mild taste and the beef and mushrooms were cooked to perfection. <br>
The home mix iced tea was too sweet for me. Good thing they serve water for washing ...

"The nachos were generous in serving. The melty cheese, chopped tomatoes, and beef cuts combined, chef’s kiss . So good. I loved how they didn't use shredded meat. Most nachos that use shredded meat are a hit or miss for me; usually a miss when the meat isn't seasoned well leading to umay : Silantro used small cubed beef. Small but juicy and tender! Sorry there's no pic, we devoured it instantly before I could take a decent pic for my blog As for the tacos, we ordered the double meat of chicken and beef. Juicy and tender din Was so good I gobbled it in seconds. They had lamb as a meat option but unfortunately it was unavailable that time and yesterday, even if we went there earlier than last time . I think it’s best if you go early like lunchtime or call in to check if they have it available that day. But above the two things we ordered, the commendable stars were the white and green sauces. The white sauce was garlic. I inherently like garlic so it's an automatic like for me. I’m not sure what the green sauce was; I thought it was like a guac in liquid form, but it tastes like cucumber. Great nonetheless since it balances out the savoriness of everything else. The darker green was just the spicy version. Out of all the restos in Kapitolyo, Silantro definitely stands out— with the line of cars it's hard to miss. Overall, the socmed postings were worth the hype in trying!"

9.5/10 FOOD - Some pastas may not be that good but i recommend the lasagna, tea sets and macarons! If you're confused on which tea you should get, try the vanilla bourbon! One of my favorites<br>

"We love ordering here every time we have our meet. The traditional rice topping of pork, chicken or Bangus with Java rice, achara and the sauce. It's worth the price because they really serve a large portion of chicken and pork, bangus is a little small but overall the food was excellent. Our only problem here is the packaging of the take-out. It is very difficult to eat in your box because it will tear when you put sauce on it. I am definitely looking forward to a packaging change and food improvement."

"We love racks! Ordered the Pork ribs with a large side of corn on the cob and java rice, plus biscuits and clam chowder. Tender juicy pork ribs! The corn was just a craving hehe. But their clam chowder is one of the best I've ever tasted."
