"You must get the Guac and chips! You will not be disappointed. We had the carnitas excellent; the ceviche so good and shared a pumpkin tres leche.The carnitas were so good and full of flavor. The ceviche negro is ahi tuna, avocado, jicama mango plus onions and all the fixings served with crispy plantains. I have to say, I was not crazy about the dessert but everything else was delicious. My only complaint is that the printed menu is so small you have to really have good eyesight."

"Slow service, drinks took a long time, no glass of ice and straw for my canned coke. Salad given to me about the same time as meal. Good for take out but not for dine in. Also very noisy kitchen,a lot of banging of bake pans or something."

"Can't speak about the pokeVery small taiyaki with 1tsp of filling for $3/ea (the kind that are usually 3 for $5 anywhere else). Batter was undercooked and mushy.The lady took all the good crispy overfill and threw it away, leaving only the gross mushy undercooked insides.Drinks were also overpriced."

"Worst Thanksgiving experience ever. I was terribly disappointed in service, quality of food was poor and no one cared about hospitality. Don't eat here, especially for Thanksgiving."

"Ordered from their food truck. Never again. 45 min after ordering they told me they ran out of the main ingredient for all my three dishes. Offering to replace with chicken. The guys were working hard but didn't come prepared for the event they were serving. UPDATE: the food was good, in spite of it being not what I ordered. Adding 1 star for that."

"I love garlic. Love it. My wife, on the other hand, can 't have it. She gets incredible stomach pain from it. I know! She wishes things were different, too! One smart thing she does is call places ahead of time and ask if they can prepare a dish without garlic. She called Gladstones a few days before we went and asked if they could grill a chicken breast with nothing just absolutely nothing and they said they 'd be happy to. We went. The ambiance was lovely. The waiter was an odd guy with a Zach Galifianakis vibe. He took our order and confirmed what the person on the phone had said about her no garlic or anything else chicken breast, which she asked to be added to a green salad. Great!The food came out after quite a while...and her chicken had chunks of garlic all over it. She asked if the chicken could be re done the way she 'd ordered it. Zach minus said it was as good as it is going to get. It was all the way past rude and into the realm of the confusing, you know? When someone says something, but then says the opposite while also screwing you over? We were there for a family lunch with my mother in law and my own mother, who was visiting from out of town for the first time in years. That made it tough to raise much of an objection, so my wife scraped the garlic off and ate the chicken. Sure enough, she was in enough pain as a result that she couldn 't join me and my mom for a farewell breakfast the next day. She reached out to Gladstones via email and two socials. No reply. So if someone ever replies to this review, take it with a grain of salt and a chunk of garlic."
