"The Last Visit. Many moons ago we were big fans of the Battersea branch and frequent, and always satisfied, visitors. However, last night's experience at the larger Balham branch will be our last to either Gazette. In summary, the food continues to be lardy French and delicious but the service and whole experience left a bitter taste in the mouth. "Now, it is a beautiful place with good atmosphere and decor, vey friendly staff and good service and a tempting menu. the quality of food is best in average, however, the execution of everything was very difficult to handle and missing refinement. at 90 quid for 2 people with minimal alcohol they expect better. Cheese Salad was drowned in the dressing and went seriously over on the amount of cheese also.
