"KAISERGRANAT! We set it to the level of Rossini AIDA or Richards MS gourmet restaurant with star level! And we mean that as we write it! Thanks to Manuel Hoefel *Koch and co-owner and to Shahin, finally again a waiter who knows what he does the idea of wine, who even knows what he serves!! We still know Manuel as a cook or 2nd cook..... Finally we had managed to come to Him and I had a surprise menu for our 17th two days before. Wedding day ordered.... AND DANN KAM DAS: Beef Tartar with Dijon Senf, red onions, avocado foam, Ricola, confierte tomatoes with honey, pudder sugar, thyme, salt and pepper Manuels Fitello Tonnato, calfsfilet, real tuna sauce, ruccola with sunflower seeds and confiert tomatoes. Grilled Octopus from lava stone, lemon aioli, oranges fennel salad and red wine onion topping, with yellow and red tomato carpacchio on fried ruccola. Filet vom Rehrücken, auf Handmade Kräuterlinguini aus der Region und Grüner Spargel, an Wacholder Rahm Jus Rosa fried lamb fillet under herbal almond crust on potato puree and ratatouille framed by a jus. Limonentarte with homemade strawberry sorbet m.Vodka , strawberries, mint, cantaloupe melon mousse and mintpesto with white chocolate. We haven't seen anything like this on land, in a small but fine restaurant around the corner yet The quality, the cooking points, the taste... will make me chicken skin again when writing!
