"My wife and I had dinner here on the recommendations of our host. No English menus and the waiter did not speak English. Despite this, we were able to have an amazing dinner with fantastic pasta and a large, fresh tuna steak. Wonderful desserts. This place is a bargain. Highly recommend!"

"We initially chose to eat here because it was very close to our B and B and we were tired after sightseeing in Pisa, a train ride to Florence and a visit to the Duomo Museum. We are so happy we did. The food and...service were so good, we looked forward to eating there every night of our sta in Florence and for lunch on our last day. Among the meals we had, the best may be when we split a T-bone. It is prepared very rare and they were very accommodating in grilling my husband’s portion to medium. The Black Forest cake was much lighter and tastier than how we make it in the USA. Instead of wine by the glass, there is a large selection of half liters at a reasonable price. While a fairly large restaurant by Florence standards, the owner and staff quickly recognized us as repeat customers. The owner treated us to limoncellos after our last dinner."

"So expensive and not even good food. They microwaved our sandwiches, they didn’t even toast them. Actually shocking. Because of this the bread got soggy broke off. A huge rip off. Do not recommend."
