"I attempted to handle this situation privately through email with management; however, no one ever responded to my concerns. My husband and I sat at the bar one evening a couple of weeks ago, and we had several concerns about the cleanliness of the bar area and how the food/drinks were being handled. The bartender was slicing cucumbers on the mandolin on the cutting board at the end of the bar and putting them in glasses for cocktails. During this time, she was getting the bill for patrons, swiping credit cards, and also on her cell phone, all without washing her hands once. One customer came in for a pickup order and when she went to retrieve it from the back, she even left her cell phone on the cutting board touching the cucumbers. I feel like cleanliness should be a priority, and it didn't seem to be here. I was also concerned that management didn't respond to my email that was informing them of the situation."
