"Tacos Guaymas, Too Good:Seattle is not lacking when it comes to Mexican food in particular. A selection of a wide variety of quality and costs. Tacos Guaymas is a special one. A little costly, but definitely not slacking on the quality.We often get the burritos from here, and the first time we got them we were floored by the size. They are as long as a newborn, the tortillas are tasty and rarely prone to ripping. The ingredients have always been fresh. The guacamole is average, a little heavy on the onions. And the horchata has been rather watered down and disappointing most of our times getting food from here. But the burritos are exceptional."

"Went here for dinner and dishes to share family style. The portion sizes are large enough. The outdoor seating and patio is nice. Plenty of seating indoor as well. No complaints with service either. The restaurant symbol and decor is cool. As for the food, it wasn't tasty. We tried 4 different dishes (nachos, burritos, chimichanga, tacos) with 2 different sauces. But none of them felt delicious. They were all 3-star. They either lacked flavor or were too cheesy/starchy. I'm not sure why this place has a great rating. Maybe because it has good vegan food? And vegan folks really like it? Not sure. We had our dishes with chicken and definitely didn't like the taste."

"I had to branch out and try the brisket chili fries and I'm really glad I did. It's waffle cut fries, queso and a really excellent brisket chili. The chili packs some heat which I love but if you like mild it might be a little hot for you. Great service as always and a great happy hour."
