"We placed two orders but they never made mine. My husband and 10 people got their orders that were placed after my order. I kept going up to ask for mine and they just rudely said we?re making it. They never made it. They apparently didn?t have one ifitems ready and would have to go to back to retrieve and wouldn?t do?.never communicated that. I would have been fine tosubstitute? cancel? they didn?t offer. We got refund after much hassle. I used to love coming here but this has been more thanonce of rude service. I can forgive slow service, items out of stock, short staffed, I completely get it and have huge tolerancefor it? but just be kind when people are kind and respectful to you."

"This review is long overdue. We hired Mi Ranchitos for our neighborhood outdoor graduation party in June. They were the hit of the party, without a doubt. I lived in California for half my life and these burritos were truly California burritos--and they were fantastic! Not to mention huge. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and as the one who worked with Victor on the booking and planning, I want to include that his attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism, and followthrough were superior. Highly recommend them for any party and can't wait to book them again when my other son graduates!"
