"A group walked in for a quick lunch. The staff were very friendly and pleasant, and helpful when we were placing our order. Everything (including the tortillas) are hand-made to order! I've never seen that outside of Mexico. True, it took a bit longer to get our food than grabbing a sub or a slice of pizza, but wow was it worth it! Between the four of us we tried most of the taco varieties, and everyone was very happy with their selections. Of particular note.... Fish taco: Nice dense meaty fish, with a lovely light batter. Far better than most I've had. Chicken taco: Mole was excellent, one of the best I've had (and apparently the recipe came from the owner's mother). Not overdone with the cacao, rather a lovely subtle flavour. Thoroughly enjoyable lunch from start to finish."

"Very nice place. Small, cozy and good food. Things I didn't like were that the table was missing a better cleaning and service was not friendly. Waiter didn't greet us or present himself. We had to chase him in order to get his attention.With that said I will still return there again, as he was probably just having a bad day."

"Can be easily overlooked, it's on Dundas, 300m to the square. A tiny spot offering 4 types of taco: al pastor, carnitas, chicken adobado and fish all $4 except fish which is $4.5. Slow cooked pork was so soft and delicious with right amount of spice and ingredients. The chips were OK. The highlight about the place is that they make their own salsa. Mild, normal and spicy they are categorized and they are more on the runny side. They taste damn good though.They have WiFi and limits seating inside and outside. Better to order for pick-up or delivery."

"We ordered the beef barbacoa and shrimp tacos in a hard shell which was really good. Probably one of the better hard shell that I've had. Beef and shrimp were very flavorful The other was Al Pastor tacos were decent but way too oily, it was a mess to eat but pork was flavourful Overall 4/5"

"Couples dinner with friends. We all like to experiment, but none of us likes over-the-top craziness. This was a perfect choice All four of us vowed to return. Our server Rebecca was spot-on with great info & suggestions from the menu, but not pushy. We felt she was the fifth person at our table, to be honest. Superb service from her and her team made great food seem extra-special. Ceviche was to die for! Certain things a bit pricey ($18 for a glass of Chard - really?) We will be back - enthusiastically!"

"Had a very nice Sunday lunch here ( lunch and brunch menu). Really enjoyed the margaritas and good service by the staff. The guacamole was very nicely made and they brought more chips as needed. We had enchiladas, a couple different tacos and the dinner plate. All very good, and freshly made so I'd recommend this restaurant."
