"Cenital chop, it's not bad though it barely tastes more than the truffle sauce it takes and salt. the rolex is original, the very good foie and the texture of the mola yolk. the Basque potato is not bad and well truffle. the peppers of war with very regular strawberry salt (an indigenous from there told me they were not). the flan with pineapple pineapple pineapple pineapple pineapple. Not bad. He had his time. The perfomance they make you on every dish makes it entertaining."
