"The manager is definitely the problem at this establishment. I went to eat with my parents today and we were doing the buy one get one free deal that they clearly advertise everywhere.... well, we were met with a very unpleasant man who seemed irritated because he didn't want to honor the coupon. The food was the same as its been since I was a kid.... the staff was friendly. it was the managers bad vibes. No wonder the place was empty. I won't be going back any time soon. Hoping to see New MANAGEMENT on the building. And believe me, this isn't speaking for just one experience. note: If you guys don't like the deal you guys have, don't do it?"

"Chef Jack was AMAZING, The service at the entrance, the waiter I think his name is Steven. An excellent young man in his work. The delicious bread is the best, soft and with a good flavor. "Dined in on a Saturday evening and it was pretty packed. There was an hour wait and they give you 7 minutes to claim your table once called. The drinks were ok but the food portions were slightly more than what you could finish. Each entree we received washot and fresh. The chicken didn?t really have much seasoning on it but guess you can dip it in sauce."

"This was the second time we had eaten at Stala. The first time it wasn't great but, since we were staying at the Beau and like Italian, we thought we'd give it a second try. This time my husband had the shrimp and lobster ravioli which he though was good. I had chicken parm which was not good at all. The breading on the chicken was soggy and falling off. It was a big mess on the plate. In all fairness, the lovely young lady who waited on us offered to get me something else but I declined. Another thing that bothered me was that the food came out too fast. This tells me that everything was premade and they just threw it on the plate and put some sauce over it. I don't usually write restaurant reviews but, since we gave this one a second chance and the food wasn't any better, I thought I though I should give my perspective. Maybe the other dishes were better but NOT the chicken parm."
