"I ordered a bellini and: Steak n eggs: i asked for medium and i got well done it was so hard to chew ????????????????? Thai chicken soup: seriously one of the best soups i've ever had. It has rice in it so it's more like a porridge than soup but it is really good ????"

"I don’t like to write poor reviews but I feel this is necessary. My best friend and I went here to check it out and we were super hungry and stoked about good Friday night pub food! . We liked the atmosphere and our waitress was friendly. However the nightmare began as soon as our first dish arrived. We ordered a big salad to share, and I pointed out to the second server that there was an insect on it. He took it away, apologizing and looking like he wanted to crawl under a rock. The manager offered us 5 dollars each off of our next meal after my friend insisted that we shouldn’t have to pay for our salad. We also felt , though, that we shouldn’t have had to ask. They didn’t actually offer it to us for free. Then when her lettuce- wrapped burger came , it wasn’t wrapped; it was sloppily tossed on. The waitress even commented how poor it looked. Plus my friend’s burger wasn’t cooked well and her fries were cold. They replaced our salad even though we had kind of lost our appetite. We continued eating as we had a long day and needed “ nourishment”, but as we ate more salad we came across two hairs. We double checked to make sure these weren’t ours. My hair is red and my friend’s hair is short, some of jt blonde and some of it pink. The hairs were both dark and different lengths than our hairstyles. I did come across a third hair, which I pulled out of my mouth while I ate my very stale pasta and I’m praying that one was actually mine because I couldn’t stomach I had ingested someone else’s. Honestly I have never felt so turned off by a restaurant or pub before. By this point , after confronting the manager, embarrassingly, several times we really thought they would have offered us a free meal, but we had to request that! Two to three hairs and a fly in our food??? It’s Christmas. What’s next? A partridge in a pear tree? Furthermore, they made us pay for our drinks even though we asked to not have to pay, which by the way neither of us have ever had to do in our lives. I thought “waiter there’s a a fly in my soup” was a myth or an old wives tale. If I were reading this review I might think this story was fabricated or embellished. No! We wish we didn’t have to write it because our waitress seemed like a lovely person and we don’t wish any bad business on our community members. I think however, in this case, this had to be written."
