"Had people working at my house Christmas Eve Day and ordered pizza for them online then left to run some errands. I am not technologically incompetent so when I received a call an hour later saying that the pizzas were still at the store awaitingpickup, I almost blew a fuse. As I drove to the place to pick up my hour and a half old pizza, I internally fumed about how awebsite could not clearly indicate pickup or delivery--which I admit I should have reviewed a bit better at the order summaryphase. As I walked into the store trying my best not to lash out at the people working because part of me understood they werejust following the instructions given, I gave them my name. I was informed that because the pizzas were old, they had taken itupon themselves to make two fresh ones that would be out of the oven in a minute. Great customer service. I was so impressedwith their desire to provide a fresh product that my internal angry dialogue immediately switched to gratitude. Not sure if it'scompany policy or if this location has quality people working there but it doesn't matter, they made my first review go fromfurious to complimentary. Great job and Happy holidays. P.S. 3 stars for the website. (Probably the same as the user)"

"We visit Newport Beach every year, and have just found a hidden gem in Newport Beach. We are from Rochester NY which has several great Italian restaurants, but I can honestly say I just dined on the best lasagnia I've ever had. The owner is delightful, and the atmosphere is very European and quaint. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"Great pizza! We enjoyed our food and their special pizza is definitely the best choice! The Pommes were good too. The costumer was great and our order was in approx. 10 minutes finished, which was fast compared to many other places. The interiors are cool, but we went 2 minutes and sat at the bay. Very recommended! Make sure to check it! Public parking is only 2 minutes away!"

"I needed a quick lunch before I flew back to Tundra (Minnesota), so we stopped at BJ. Wanted somewhere near the beach and outside and BJ is just that. Your menu is typical bar food (burgers, sandwiches, cobb salads, pasta and pizzas), but it was actually above average. They had some good price lunch specialties and there was a lot to choose. I had a few Alfredo and the guys had turkey sandwiches. The Alfredo was decent, but the garlic bread that came with it was dry and salty (what does not expect gourmet so much). The lunch sandwiches were huge and I really liked their spicy potato wedges. I guess what to mention here is the service we have received. The food was neither here nor there, but our waitress made our experience great. She was really friendly and fast to get us everything we needed. I don't know if I ran over the food for my colleagues Minnesotians, but our waitress definitely deserves tons of credit!"
