"A good place for a meal or a drink in Winona. Good food, pretty much what you would expect at a place like this. Cheese curds were very good, battered kinda like they do for fish, but it works (they weren't fishy tasting though). They have outdoor seating that is covered, so it is nice on a sunny day."

"We had on Friday, juli, my sohn’s rehearsal dinner in the green mill it was kept in the room between the bar area and the sitting area in the open. the location was great! the buffet was at one end of the room and the drinks at the other end. there was a lot of time to do any decoration we wanted and the staff was incredibly helpful. there are blinds between the room and the outside area, to give them as much or as little privacy as they want. the manager, stephanie, was wonderful to work and a great help in deciding what to have. we had the chicken marsala and the sweet plate alfredo trottole. both worked well. our waitress was helpful and I never had to worry about something during dinner. everything went smoothly. I would not hesitate to hold another event in the green mill again. thanks for a wonderful rehearsal."
