"We had a table reserved around 19 o'clock and also arrived in the restaurant. the assignment of our table also worked smoothly. that was also the only postive at the service.Of course the service forces were hopelessly overloaded. the few service forces ran as it seemed pretty unconceptually around. we were served by 3 or 4 different service forces.After approx. 10 minutes we received a)!( menu. another 20 minutes later our order was received. until the delivery of the drinks went about 20 minutes.....Since we had a lot of time to observe the other guests we noticed that the other guests had to wait extremely long. eating (which after a long period of one hour also came at some point was good (lammfiltes, or straussensteak), but not overwhelming. no word of apology or even a petty at the expense of the house.We will certainly not come back."
