"Lovely setting, beautiful food and really helpful staff! Kids loved the budda bowl with a side of bacon and fruit smoothie! I loved iced coffee and chef amended item on the menu to meet my pregnancy needs! Very happy will return especially as they also contribute to voluntary causes!"

"I was absolutely disgusted with how I was treated while ordering coffee and sweets. Staff were extremely rude, never had someone roll their eyes so much whilst placing a coffee order and making remarks to another staff member. I cannot even comprehend this kind of behaviour from two middle aged women. When I commented on their behaviour, I got abused in front of other customers dining in the cafe from both of them. Formal complaint make to centre management. Staff did not look like they wanted to be there at all, very miserable."

"My favourite near-work cafe. Southbank is a bit of a wasteland when it comes to good cafes but this one is the best I've found. Really tasty lunch options, nice bread for breakfast toast and coffee is good. Service very friendly. Muffins are the best I've had anywhere."

"I visit Mr.Peel almost everyday for food and coffee. Their food is always fresh and prepared in the store. I see Rick (owner) cooking all the time making soups and salads etc., which I enjoy all the time. Ruth on the coffee machine is awesome too, one of the best coffee's in the area for sure! These guys run a great cafe and I recommend visiting for the Chicken Curry Roti Wrap. Nick."

"Came here a bunch when I lived in Croydon. Now that I live in mount Evelyn I don’t get out to Eastland as much as I use to. Depending on the traffic it take anywhere between 15-45 minutes to get there and to be real honest I just don’t have the kinda cash like I use to have."

"4.5/5 this place did a fantastic breakfast! It's always packed here for a reason; yes it's on the pricy side but the quality was so good here. We had the big breakfast which was so big it fed 2 cheeky scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, tomatoes and toast only criticism was the mushrooms too salty but yum either way. Croissant was really good! So buttery.... 2 almond milk coffees were perfect too and all the staff lovely. Get in early as its really full on the weekends!"
