"My husband and I love açaí bowls, we were excited to try it since it is close to our house. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. We ordered 3 açaí bowls and all 3 were so runny they were like soup. Barely even frozen. We ended up throwing them away. It also took a long time for them to be made when another employee was visible in the back not helping up front."

"Big difference in terms of quality between the Bronxville location and this location. You would think that the Rye location would have better service and high quality food coming out but no, not even close. I was initially excited for a playa bowl in Rye, but the overall experience has been horrible. You're in a location with a lot of critical people and your location is in a spot where many businesses have failed in the past(last few years). I would recommend you take all feedback into consideration."
