"We were very fascinated to learn about Tibetan food and it is the fusion of other influences to become something that it is. our waiter samitra (I hope I spell correctly?) was very knowledgeable and directed us in the right direction for our command. the good is not too spicy as Nepalese can be eating. I highly recommend to start the meat and vegetables. they are magical! we were there for dinner, but we are informed about a lunch buffet, too. I support a quantity of authenticity of the foreign kitchen, whether the people from this area feed there; we were among the heavenly and SLC-born diners, which is a great sign! great eating, fabulous service, we will definitely be back."
