"We had a wonderful experience in Taj Punjabi. we visited approx. 10 a.m. on a Sunday night. It was a short 2 block walk from our resort. Our server was a pleasant, warm and friendly woman who studied as a Master of Science in IT. The food was hot when it arrived and tasted everything as it should. The food was fresh, deep aromatic and filled. The portion was exactly the right amount. I found prices on average or slightly higher than what I saw in similar establishments. The quality of food is much better than anything we found at home in Pittsburgh. The only negatives are that we did not realize that an additional dish of rice would be $8.99! (We thought it was $3-4. ALSO, they were not in their money drawer, which meant we had to pay with our card instead of money."

"Great service, excellent vegetarian dishes and papadam. Try the Dum Aloo Chettinad and Masala tea. Perfect Basmati rice and we loved the steamed rice cake appetizer. This place is fucked between some Cheesy chain restaurants, but is beautiful inside. Interesting woodcuts from India. A hidden jewel. A little expensive, but this is Orlando for you. We had enough for lunch the next day."
