"Jan 2022 Update: maintaining consistency is their biggest challenge. Our recent experiences have been underwhelming. Some stuff is good others not so much. Chefs need to step up the game. Older review: Probably the most authentic North Indian restaurant that I would rank above Kaniskha or nearby Chaat House. This review is about food quality is based on my family’s experience in Oct 2021. Ambience is minimalist, comfortable and clean. Chef and sous-Chefs are Punjabi which shows in food taste. Tandoori Rotis are the best in town. This is a pure vegetarian restaurant that also stocks excellent Indian Mithai. They have nailed quality taste and just need to be consistent. Will definitely try again."
