"The food and taste was terrible and nothing in line with Indian taste. The customer service was good though but food lacks in taste badly.Update: I don’t need your agreement for the same and why can’t someone rate you this low. So what if you are in the downtown, your food doesn’t has any taste at all."

"Absolutely no consistency in the food they serve, the variance in what you receive is so extreme that it shouldn’t even be called the same dish day to day. Ironic, because the majority of the food is microwaved from large tubs that arrive from a central kitchen. I was a regular, but won’t be returning.EDIT: Regarding the restaurant's reply, food is 100% prepared off site and reheated at the restaurant, not sure why they're denying this I frequented the restaurant on a weekly basis for several years and know this is a fact. And the dish I'm referring to in my review is the Beef Vindaloo, but the same issue has occurred in the past with the Chicken Tikka as well."

"What a treat!. I just had the most amazing experience FTTK. I ordered Phat Thai and Thai Basil Noodle for take out. How did they do it, it was ready in less then 5 minutes. <br/ <br/ I was expecting some grassy stir-fries, but quite the opposite. The chef (I think she is the one) told me that she usually puts extra sauce for take out orders because FTTK they hardly use oil when cooking. So by the time I reach home, the noodle will soak up the excess sauce. It was perfect! <br/ <br/ Definitely will come back to try some more."
