"The sole, steak and prime rib were all prepared to perfection. In fact, every bite of each course was delicious. The key lime pie was the best I've ever tasted. We were a party of five. Even during the early seating, the waiter could not keep up with our basic needs second pour from wine bottle, more than a cursory check in after entrees arrived, slow service from start to finish. Even with the assistant wait staff helping, our server struggled. The waiters need a course in customer service. Our waiter came around though, 15 minutes before the check arrived. Tables too close together in back room but the atmosphere was lively and fun."

"I grew up in STL in the 70s, 80s and 90s. My mom used to bring the sandwiches home from work occasionally and I even took college friends there to experience what I considered the best sandwiches anywhere.Are there for the first time in about 5+ years and something changed. The bread wasn't crunchy (very soft) which changed the entire experience.Parents told me ownership changed and I was very disappointed. Definitely not the place I remember."
