"Went here on our last night. Hardly ever experienced this kind of poor service. Which is a pity because the pizza's they served were ok (not great). However the waiter was simply rude. After giving us the menu's he seemed offended after we hadn't made our choice after several minutes claiming it would take long for our food to come through as a rather large group just came in (after us). After serving the ordered dishes he never came back to check whether everything was ok nor to take more drink orders. Which was a pity because only when he came back to clear the table one of us could mention that the ordered medium grill steak was black on the outside and raw on the inside. No apologies. The proposed replacement was no solution as everyone else was finished eating. To then still try to charge it is simply rude. The guy that came out with the bill luckily did have the decency to apologize. If the kitchen can't serve a proper medium steak than either remove it from the menu, or at least check on your guests satisfaction before you come to clear the table!"
