"The service was disappointing. The waitress seemed annoyed to be there and wasn’t very friendly. The food was mediocre. I ordered the steak frites. The fries were cold and hard and the steak was luke warm and chewy. My husband ordered the shrimp sandwich and it was ok. We had mussels as an app which were delicious. But overall- we had heard such great things about this restaurant and it did not live up to our expectations."

"Went for restaurant week. Food was disappointing. Nothing tasted bad but not to the expectation that you'd expect. Simple things such as Avocado Toast bread not toasted and the amount of avocado small. My friend's kale salad had all these listed ingredients but felt short of just kale, nuts and 3 slices of cheese. Omlet seemed mostly just eggs and potato when all these other ingredients were included and the sorbet with fresh fruit was just sorbet with two frozen blue berries. Honestly, the whole place didn't seem prepared for restaurant week. Short supply and skimmed on servings which leads to a disappointing experience."

"Food was amazing, creative, delicious and relevant. The drinks were seasonal as well as traditional, but with a modern, Graham Elliot twist. One of the best burgers EVER! Highly recommend a visit to this hopping West Loop location. Fun and delicious."
