"I wouldn't recommend this place, the waiting staff was disrespectful and rude. When we arrived, they said there was one?Advanced? Wait, when we stopped at one point, did the waiter tell the manager? Oh, I just sat a party of 10 and told them it was a longer time?. It was at this point we started to become extremely unpleasant with the service. We ordered the children's menu and the regular menu. Almost everything that was ordered came over boiled or extremely hard. We tried to tell the waitress that the food was not right, and she rolled her eyes and began to be very rude. We asked to talk to the manager about this behavior that the manager said at this point that we had to leave the facility we did, at this point we tried to find out how we pay for our meal that we sent a member of our party to do what the manager said that they were waiting for us to contact the prosecution. This facility has extremely poor staff and management. My recommendation would be to eat directly by McDonalds or Sheetz."

"I ordered the chicken wing stromboli via door dash. It arrived luke warm but the delivery took long so I didn’t fault the restaurant for this. The stromboli itself was neither good nor bad, it was very average but a couple hours after eating it I was extremely nauseated and sick to my stomach. After reading other reviews for Arooga’s, I’ve found that this nausea is unfortunately a common side effect. As I sit here eating a Tums, I wish I had looked at the reviews before consuming the food but I wouldn’t order again."

"Came to Arooga's with a friend last night for the UFC fights, and we both had a great time. Our waitress, Keera, was great and always stopped to check on our food and drinks at the perfect times. I have been coming here frequently recently because the food, drinks, and atmosphere are great, and the staff have always been very friendly and provide great service every time I'm there. This location has been receiving some poor inspection results, though, which is concerning. I have not seen anything unsafe or unclean personally, but multiple inspections in the past few years have shown poor results which is a shame."
