"Since my first stay at the age of 13/14, which had left me the painful memory of what it could be to spend a vacation with his parents, but also the memory of having (already very well eaten... then, later, the period of stays in half board and happy memories of the table, of the friendliness of Maritxou, Maurice and already Stéphane and Xavier, period now over. I go back with my lover to whom I want to make this place discover, after many years of absence. I'm not disappointed, neither is he! The evolution of the house, both on the decoration plan and on the menus, the map, the breakfast is superb: from modernity, a warm yet rejuvenated decoration, always as much care and love brought to the kitchen... From great professionalism, and from all, Stéphane, Xavier, Louis and Martin now and all their team. An institution without dust!"
