"The BBQ was pretty good. The meat was very good the sauce good but I like a little sweeter BBQ sauce. The real winner they have is their Sweet Potato Casserole!!! Delicious! Don't miss it. I was disappointed in the Brunswick Stew. It was likevegetable soup with BBQ seasoning. Not bad but not like the meat stew I expected. The service was good and we were servedfairly quick."

"They got my order completely wrong 3 times in a row literally I call to complain and the girl on the phone is rude to me wouldn’t tell me her name because she knew I would right a bad review about her but whoever is answering calls on 6/15/22 should be fired she is very rude and needs to learn how to treat customers"

"Like no place I've ever stayed! Loved my 2 nights there in Oct 2021. The place is super clean and upscale in a comfortable way. The grounds are well spread out and beautiful. There are two beautiful outdoor pools, restaurants, fire pits etc. The suite I stayed in had a pond view, and I ate breakfast on the balcony each morning. The suite was well appointed, spacious and very clean! I loved taking a bubble bath each day after riding bikes or kayaking or riding in the boat and spotting dolphin in the May River (salt water) with captain Hunter. Beautiful views. Outdoor dining. Golf cart pick-ups to transport you if you need. Complimentary bikes to use to get around the grounds. Not enough time to take in all of the amenities. A special place. I would love to return some day."

"Food and service was AMAZING! They had a special with blackened chicken and shrimp on a fried tortilla with all the fixings, and it was wonderful. My picky boys wanted to take their chicken and grilled cheese to go, because they couldn't stop eating it. Our waitress was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager came by our table and was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back on all of our trips to HHI!"

"One of the nicest Chinese restaurants that I have been to in awhile. Staff was very friendly and promptly brought crunchy noodles and dipping sauce to the table after being seated. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was amazing! Shrimp were large, lightly pan fried with fresh pineapple slices. Mushroom Chicken was liked by the table but I found it to be a bit salty. Sesame Chicken was also a table favorite. Three entrées were plenty to feed 4 and send us home with tasty leftovers. Will definitely return although might try telling them to be light on salt, if possible."
