"My mom and I stopped in here to try it out and had the absolute best experience the prices are great, the pizza is amazing and Dan (the employee) was a total rockstar. My mom got pineapple, tomato and sausage pizza and I got sausage mushroom and tomato. The pizza was sooooo good I strongly recommend this place it's like Qdoba or subway but with pizza toppings."

"We were looking for a Mexican Restaurant in Highland Park to eat dinner and we found this place that's still open late. We ordered Chicken Fajitas and Bistec Encebollado. The chicken fajita meat is soft, moist and taste great with sautéed sweet peppers and onions, it's delicious. The beef Bistec was thinly sliced but dry and a bit hard. Well lighted and nice decorated Mexican Restaurant. Service staff a one man team. He's the Cashier, Bus Boy and Server. He's friendly and attentive. But make sure that you ask for the latest price since their menu is not updated. Limited parking space and street parking is not metered parking."

"It's hard to put my finger on why we are never really happy with Seven Mile. It's partially the prices, which are higher than other local breakfast places. And partially because every time we have been there the food is subpar in some way. For example, on our last visit I had the crab cake eggs benedict. But the English Muffin was was over toasted, with slightly burnt edges, and a hard base (tough to cut through, so I didn't eat it), and I hate anything that tastes burnt. And for some reason one of the two cakes was way over cooked... it had turned to a hard uneatable shell (so I scooped out the insides, which I obviously shouldn't have to do, but the filling was tasty). Which they explained later, that they pulled one, then waited for one of the eggs to finish cooking, then pulled the second cake, but seemingly too late, the damage was done. But, this has been the case pretty much any time we have gone there. Overpriced for the quality and type of food served. It's a real shame, and we do go back every nine to twelve months to see if they have raised their game, but its never improved. For some people, I'm sure it's fine, but for us, they just don't seem to cut it. Close... But no cigar. They are about 75% of the way there. With more attention to detail they could be four star. I think we are just going to give up on them. Oh, one last note… The waitress who served us was great, and sympathetic to the food issues. But even after she reported that we couldn’t eat one of the crab cakes, no accommodation was offered."

"Did not fall in love with most of the beers here but I did really enjoy the sour on tap. Very reasonably priced beer flights 8 I believe) and the pretzel we ordered was very very delicious. Service was friendly and fast. Few picnic tables out front. Especially of note was the super sweet, huge indoor space. The loading dock in the back is perfect for big groups in the colder weather season and we will definitely be back to take advantage!"
