"Le Blé Noir After some executions in the Kiel city area it was already lunch, my way back to the office led me past the Blücherplatz. I decided to park in the square and take a little lunch at Blé Noir, a bistro restaurant that has been in Kiel for about three or four years and which could always convince me of the first visit. The guest room is relatively small, five tables with four to six chairs are placed in front of a counter, so the remaining area is just enough to move in the restaurant. In the outdoor area in front of the open front of the restaurant there are about eight more tables with two to six seats each. When I arrived, three more guests were on the spot at different tables, when I broke up, about 15 people had taken place in different groups in the outdoor area. The Blé Noir itself is called Crêperie, Bistro and Café, the focus is on the preparation of Galettes (Crêpes, which are prepared with a very rich buckwheat vinegar and are therefore much darker than the here known crêpes snacks, which are covered with various ingredients. Here, a great deal of emphasis is placed on freshness and quality in shopping, and I would like to anticipate this, too, every time eating. General information: Parking: on the opposite Blücherplatz free of charge, there also sufficient pitches, you always get one. On weekly market days, however, the place is blocked. In the numerous small side streets towards Holtenauer Straße there is still a gap somewhere, but time to search must be planned. After crossing the street from the Blücherplatz to the Blé Noir and setting me up to one of the tables outside, I was immediately greeted by a friendly young lady who, due to her visual appearance and her gracefully calm appearance, could spray French charm. The friendly good day, you'll feel comfortable here. followed the rich of the menu. I ordered a small Coca Cola (0.2 l, 2, Euro and then began to devote myself to the map. When I resigned this about three minutes later, the friendly lady approached, briefly referred to the current special offer, a gallette variant Hawaii with ham and pineapple and asked for my order that I liked to give up. About ten minutes later my dish was served, whether my selection was completely fine. After placing the cutlery, I was immediately offered a coffee and or dessert, for saturation and also time reasons, I had to reject it and clear the deck. Although the place was already quite well visited at this time, with regard to the service lady, I also noticed at the other tables: unobtrusive and elegant in the movements she appeared at the right place at any time, had every guest in sight, no one had to wait longer than a moment from this attention I was really very impressed. That no demand was made during eating with regard to the satisfaction of my person, I am not negative here. I'm sure a short gesture would have been enough if necessary to get the lady to the table. About three times I went over the offer of the various gallets with piquant editions, as I had actually come with the intention to treat myself as a lunch snack. Even before the card was opened, my eyes had fallen on one of the curtain plates in the interior, and when the card was picked up and read, the Cassoulet appeared again and again in front of my inner eye, which was recommended there (a frz. Bean stew with cooked bacon and mostly very pikanter Hartwurst . The Cassoulet (Portion to 6.80 Euro made the race. I don't regret this selection either. The appropriately thick boiled bean stew won its consistency from fruity tomatoes, plus a plentiful inlay mild salty garden bacons and sharp spicy paprika hard sausage. The well-drawn stew was strongly spiced, the spice mixture harmonized very well. Yarned was the beautifully dressed portion in the soup cup with a small cream hood, three slices of fresh baguette bread were added. This meal in today's, very warm weather then also led to a feeling of saturation, the reflection, still following a gallette, was discarded during eating also time reasons played a role (in German it is actually the gallette or the gallette?!? In conclusion, a Cassoulet remains, as I also lived in southern France, where I lived for a few years, served in country guesthouses, strong as it should be and intensively provided with a variety of picnic notes. For this little tasty full score yes! The ambience This bistro in Kiel is located right at the lively Blücherplatz, where it belongs. It fits perfectly into the student scene prevailing there. Especially on week-market days, I am glad to simply watch the drive on the market from here and to enjoy a cup of coffee and a gallette (has just become an example during writing to focus this now. You sit here comfortably in the shaved outside area, the open front allows you to look into the actually simple interior area, but with creative elements at the right places (painting). At the Tresen there is also the outhouse sale of French food specialties (e.g. sausages and cheeses, honey, jams etc.), elements of this range are presented in a visually appealing manner in the vase area. Today, unfortunately, a building structure was set up on the outside wall of the house, probably facade work in progress. The team of the Blé Noir has decorated the part of the scaffold that covers the outdoor seating area lovingly with flowers and small lampignons (hanging on scaffolding, it was not saved on decoration a nice way to make the best of it. A somewhat longer conclusion: who wants to take a complete main meal here should be prepared to combine two or more of the small dishes offered. Then a proud price will come out, the individual dishes are all roughly between five and ten euros. If someone wants to take a small snack, which is crafty creative and exceptionally prepared with very high-quality ingredients, he can find a real taste experience here, simple small things prepared at a very high level by hand and made with a reliable focus on high-quality ingredients. For this small restaurant I would like to express my great praise here, it enriches the Kiel restaurant scene in its very own way. Offering such small things at a high level has its price, and this is also called here. I think that's okay."

"Croque paris is one of my favorite restaurants in kiel, in croque paris are offered various croques from vegetarian to hotdog croque. my favorite croque is the salami croque with garlic souce and free toasted. the croque rolls are very crispy and very fresh and tasty. the personal is very friendly and croques can be conveniently ordered via the internet and either retrieved or delivered. parking spaces are sufficient to find in the immediate environment."
