"The bar hasn't been open long. It's a very nice looking place, cool without being pretentious. Cocktails are around the €10 mark, which is fair for this calibre of bar and the ingredients used.Now I have to say one of our drinks was far from perfect. I love sazeracs that much I went to New Orleans to see how the "masters" make them. I make at least one a week myself.Annoyingly, I have sent quite a few back over the years.It's how the complaint is dealt with that matters a lot. I had a complaint and not only did the owner make me a different drink (I didn't want to risk having the same), he then came and chatted and seemed genuinly interested in the problem. He then made me another at no charge.After these he fetched out a few other spirits that I had no knowledge of and asked our opinions on the tastes.A lovely chap. I hope the business goes from strength to strength as he had real passion for it.Incidentally, all the other 4 cocktails were perfect from the off. I unfortunately can't remember the name of one of them, but it had Mozart chocolate spirit as an ingredient. Gorgeous."
