"Excellent stop! Was meandering through all the touristy shops and accidentally found this place. The restaurant is located on the second floor. You have to go into a building of shopping stalls to get to this restaurant. Was greeted as we entered and was given menus in English. The restaurant was clean and cutely decorated. My husband and I shared a beer, coca tea and a grilled chicken, avocado bacon sandwich with small seasoned round potatoes. The food and interactions were excellent! "The restaurant has a great view over the Plaza next to it. The food is good and the service is friendly, but a little slow. The pineapple juice with milk was terrible, maybe the milk was sour... I prefer the place just to drink a lemonade and enjoy the view lf the city."
